Sales Assistant at Eurospan

Eurospan is the premier sales, marketing and distribution agency serving academic, professional and STM publishers across the global market. They are looking to recruit a Sales Assistant to join their small and dynamic sales team, primarily supporting the Regional Sales Manager.
Key responsibilities include managing the general enquiry email inbox on a daily basis, maintaining customer contact databases and producing and sending regular data feeds to trade customers and reps. You will be liaising internally to arrange stock shipments direct to customers as necessary, as well as creating and sending email and print marketing campaigns to go out to reps and booksellers. You will also have the opportunity to assist in the production of new books catalogues and upload marketing materials to the online Publisher Portal. You will also provide administrative support within the sales department.
This is an entry-level position that would suit someone seeking their first job in publishing and no previous experience is required.
