Digital Support Assistant at Hachette UK

Salary: £26,500 based in London, £23,850 based outside of London

Location: London or Didcot, hybrid work with a blend of three in-office and two work from home days


Hodder Education at Hachette UK is looking for a Digital Support Assistant to join their team.


The Digital Support Assistant will work with the Zendesk ticketing system in order to support digital customers with their online subscription services. This position will put you in contact with consumers over the phone and through email. Additionally, you will receive the opportunity to analyse systems and processes and provide feedback.


The ideal individual will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, exemplary customer service and be highly organised. Being able to quickly learn and utilise IT systems will be immensely helpful in this role. The company prefers for the candidate to be interested education.

Editorial Assistant at Voyageur Group

Location: Bristol, hybrid work with two days in-office and three work from home days


Voyageur Group are looking for an Editorial Assistant to start immediately at their busy and friendly publishing and events company in central Bristol. This opportunity would be ideal for an enthusiastic writer who is keen to learn new skills and start their career in the publishing sector.

Voyageur publishes twenty-seven business-to-business magazines each year – the International Travel & Health Insurance Journal, AirMed&Rescue and various supplements. They are a small and busy team, dedicated to ensuring the best quality of reporting on and analysis of their industries.


The Editorial Assistant will be primarily responsible for writing daily news updates for their websites, adhering to house style and turning press releases into readable, relevant and engaging content for their audience.


Duties will include writing news stories daily and posting them to Voyageur’s websites, sharing content on their social media channels, proofreading magazines, proofreading marketing emails as well as image sourcing, writing features and conducting interviews.


The ideal candidate will be a graduate of English or Journalism with a keen interest in writing, sub-editing and proofreading. You should have at least six months experience in an editorial team and be proficient in Word, Excel and Adobe Acrobat, as well as use of different social media channels.

Fonts and Image Rights Administrator at DK

A unique position has opened up at Dorling Kindersley in their Asset Management team. The Fonts and Image Rights Administrator role is a wonderful opportunity to be involved with a myriad of departments including Production, Digital and Research.


DK is looking for someone who works well with technology, has prior experience with G-suite and is familiar with image or content rights. Additionally, a vital skill set for this role contains organisational skills, the ability to switch between different teams and tasks seamlessly, a keen eye for detail, great communication capabilities, familiarity with Microsoft Excel, commercial awareness, initiative and time management.


The Fonts and Image Rights Administrator will be responsible for running checks and completing reports on font rights, supporting the Global Fonts Manager, answering any general fonts enquires and requests, liaising with Picture Researchers, distributing titles to researchers, helping manage internal systems, checking pivot tables for image usage, working with agencies on clearances and other administrative duties that may arise.

Operations Assistant at Quarto

Join the global publishing company Quarto in their Operations Department as an Operations Assistant!

The Operations Assistant will possess a working knowledge of database software, strong organisational skills, a meticulous attention to detail, an ability to learn and adapt quickly and enthusiasm for the field. This position supports the Sales Operations Director at Quarto and helps with key functions in the Operations department. Some duties include, but are not limited to, preparing reports, processing orders, creating title presentations, organising schedules, managing data in various forms and general tasks dealing with administration.
