Receptionist and Administrative Assistant at The Agency

Closing Date: 7 June 2024

Salary: £25,642

Do you have a passion for books and a passion for theatre, film & TV? The Agency has an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to join their ranks.

This dual role will offer one enthusiastic and hardworking multi-tasker the chance to see all sides of the business, providing experience liaising with other book agencies and seeing how The Agency represents their clients’ media rights.

Your main responsibilities in this role will include managing the telephone switchboard, running the meeting room diary, organising the post and booking taxis and couriers with company assistants. You will also be the face of the business as you welcome visitors and set up meeting rooms.

You will assist a senior agent with invoicing fees, scheduling and tracking contracts.

The Agency is looking for a friendly applicant that can remain calm under pressure and who is considerate, approachable and will thrive within their collaborative team.

The role will begin in early June and is located at The Agency’s Pottery Lane Office in London. It is a fixed term contract.
